Rolanda Anwar is the founder and Principal Enterprise Architect of Às̩e̩ Advisory and Tech. With a background spanning enterprise strategy, technology architecture, organizational design, and capital readiness, she brings a systems-level perspective to the challenges facing founder-led organizations.
Her work is grounded in the conviction that founders — particularly those from communities that have been underserved by traditional advisory and financial institutions — deserve access to the same quality of enterprise thinking that shapes the world's most durable organizations.
Rolanda works directly with each client, bringing the full depth of the firm's methodology to every engagement.
